3 tablespoon of baobab powder • 350g flour • 250g white sugar • 150g brown sugar • 230g softened butter • 2 eggs • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 200g chopped dark chocolate • 100g grated coconut • 100g cashew nuts (or other nuts)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Whisk together softened butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla essence. Mix flour, baking powder and grated coconut. Mix well and add chopped chocolate and chopped cashew nuts.
With the help of a spoon put in a greased and floured baking tray the dough forming little balls well apart one from the other.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Once baked let the cookies cool down before removing them from the baking tray.
