160g sugar – 130g melted butter – a pinch of salt – 2 eggs – 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds – 150g milk – 60g cream – lemon zest – 1 lime juice – 300g all purpose flour – 2 teaspoon baking powder

Grease a loaf pan of about 23 cm.
Into a bowl beat sugar, butter, salt and cardamom seeds until a creamy compound is obtained.
Add alternating and continue to beat, sifted flour with the baking powder, milk, cream and lime juice.
Add lemon zest and mix everything.
Spoon into prepared loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
This cake is perfect for breakfast.
For the afternoon tea delicious with whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
