• 120g butter • 2 eggs • 4 tablespoon of sugar • 4 cup of raising flour • 15g yeast • ½ cup of warm milk • salt • 20ml oil • 100g raisins • 70g chocolate chips • orange zest

Preheat the oven to 180C
Rub room temperature butter and flour in a bowl with fingertips until a breadcrumbs texture form. Add the eggs and mix everything.
Add the yeast, sugar, salt, oil, milk, raisins, chocolate chips and orange zest. Mix everything. Form a ball and put it in a floured bowl. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into equal golf sized balls.
Grease two loaf tin, put the little balls inside and let them rise for about 30 minutes. Then bake for about 30 minutes, until they become golden brown.
Remove from oven, split apart and arrange on baking trays.
Reduce the heat to 70C and dry the rusks for about 3 – 4 hours.
